Plastic toy lines often print logos and cartoon graphics on curved surfaces. HY-901 pads conform well and reproduce fine text at production volumes. Craft gifts and resin plaques with uneven surfaces benefit from the 380 percent elongation which lets the pad stretch and contact the substrate fully.

Operation Steps

1. Weigh 100 parts silicone base
2. Add 2 to 3 parts cure agent
3. Stir slowly and evenly
4. Vacuum degas
5. Pour onto the pad mold on the etched plate
6. Cure 3 to 4 hours at room temperature then demold

Selection Guide

HY-901 is economical entry grade. HY-902 is balanced mid range. HY-912 is premium with higher tear strength. HY-916 is ultra soft 14 Shore A for complex curved graphics.
