Hong Ye Silicone's HY-E615 Addition Curing Silicone is formulated for cornice and crown molding. Platinum-catalyzed technology delivers near-zero shrinkage, high tear resistance, and food-safe curing. 15 Shore A hardness balances flexibility and rigidity; 14000-18000 cps viscosity captures fine surface detail.

• Platinum Catalyst — <0.1% shrinkage, no toxic byproducts, food/skin safe • Tear Strength ≥18 kN/m — 800-1000+ casts per mold • Excellent Flow — Self-leveling, captures fine textures • Temp Range -60°C to 200°C — Stable in any environment • Flexible Ratios — 1:1 for large molds (40-60 min pot life), 10:1 for fast turnaround • Certified — ISO 9001, FDA, REACH, RoHS, UL, CE • Compatible with gypsum, cement, GRC, PU foam, epoxy, wax, concrete
