Both Component A and B are liquid with a dynamic viscosity of 3000±500 mPa.s, mixed at a 1:1 weight ratio. The operation time is 30-120 minutes, basic curing time 3-5 hours, full curing time 12-24 hours. After curing, it reaches Shore A hardness of 55±5, thermal conductivity ≥0.4 W(m.k), dielectric constant 3.0~3.3 (1.2MHz), volume resistivity ≥1.0×1016 Ω.cm and UL94-V1 flame retardant grade. All parameters are for HY-9055 model, with other models available for different application needs.
How to Use
1. Preparation: Fully stir Component A to mix settled fillers evenly; shake Component B thoroughly to ensure uniform material composition without stratification.
2. Mixing: Blend Component A and B strictly according to the 1:1 weight ratio, stir evenly to guarantee consistent curing and performance effects.
3. Deaeration (Optional): Place the mixed adhesive into a vacuum container, deaerate for 3 minutes under 0.08MPa to remove air bubbles, then ready for potting.
4. Potting & Curing: Pour the treated adhesive into electronic and electrical modules, place at room temperature for curing. Proceed to the next process after basic curing; note that temperature and humidity affect the curing speed.
