Our Flame Retardant Silicone is a professional two-component Addition Curing Silicone engineered for high-safety electronic protection, a key part of HONG YE SILICONE’s full silicone product matrix. As a new-type flame retardant material, it is liquid before mixing, cures into a flexible, high-performance protective layer after blending Component A and B at 1:1 ratio. Unlike ordinary silicone, it integrates flame retardancy, insulation and waterproofing, suitable for various electronic components that require strict safety protection, with stable performance and easy operation, perfectly matching the mass production needs of electronic, LED and wind power industries. Technical Specifications
It is an addition curing silicone with Component A and B both being liquid, mixed at a 1:1 weight ratio. The viscosity is 2500±500 Pa.s, curing to Shore A hardness of 45±5. Operation time at 25℃ is 30-60 minutes, curing time at 80℃ is 4-5 hours. Dielectric constant is 3.0 (1.2MHz), volume resistance ≥1×10¹⁵ Ω, dielectric strength ≥25 kv/m⁻¹. These parameters are for HY-9045; other models and customizable parameters are available based on customer needs.
How to Use
1. Preparation: Fully stir Component A and B separately in their own containers to ensure uniform mixing of internal fillers, avoiding stratification that affects curing.
2. Mixing: Blend Component A and B strictly at a 1:1 weight ratio, stir thoroughly to ensure consistent performance after curing.
3. Deaeration: Place the mixed silicone in a vacuum container, deaerate for 3 minutes under 0.08MPa to remove air bubbles, ensuring a smooth potting effect.
4. Curing: Cure at room temperature or heat; in low winter temperatures, proper heating can accelerate vulcanization to ensure curing efficiency and effect.
