Product Description
HONG YE SILICONE HY‑9315 is a two‑component Thermally Conductive Potting Compound designed for security camera systems. It is a low‑viscosity Addition Curing Silicone with UL94‑V0 flame retardancy, IP65 waterproofing, and excellent thermal conductivity. It cures at room or elevated temperature, provides strong insulation, shock resistance, and wide temperature tolerance from ‑60℃ to 220℃. Ideal for outdoor and indoor security cameras, ensuring stable, long‑term performance in harsh environments.

Product Overview

Our Electronic Potting Silicone, also known as Silicone Potting Compound or Electronic Encapsulation Adhesive, is a professional protective material for security camera electronics. As a trusted manufacturer of RTV 2 Silicone Rubber and industrial silicone materials, we deliver a reliable solution for camera modules, PCBs, and IR components. This liquid silicone cures into a soft, elastic layer that protects sensitive circuits from moisture, dust, heat, and impact.

Technical Specifications

HY‑9315 features a 1:1 mix ratio, viscosity 500±100 cps, working time 0.5–2 hours, room‑temperature cure in 4–5 hours. Cured properties: hardness 15±5 Shore A, thermal conductivity ≥0.8 W/(m·K), dielectric strength ≥25 kV/mm, volume resistivity ≥1.0×10¹⁶ Ω·cm, UL94‑V0 flame retardant. Hardness, viscosity, and open time can be customized.

  4. Pour and cure at room temperature or accelerate with heat.
