It is a colorless transparent liquid silicone with 1:1 mix ratio, high light transmittance (95% at 450nm), excellent UV resistance and wide temperature tolerance (-50℃ to 250℃). Model HY-9320 is a two-component transparent liquid silicone with 1:1 weight mix ratio. Curing前 parameters: viscosity 500±100 mPa·s for both A and B components, colorless and transparent. Curing后 parameters: hardness 20±3 Shore A, refractive index 1.41, light transmittance 95% (2mm at 450nm), volume resistivity 1.0×10¹⁵ Ω·cm, thermal expansion coefficient 280 ppm/℃. Key parameters including hardness, viscosity and operation time can be customized to match railway signaling equipment requirements.
