How to Use
1. Mix Parts A and B in a dry container at 1:1 weight ratio, stir evenly, then stand for defoaming or vacuum degassing to remove air bubbles. 2. Clean the railway signaling components to be potted, dry them thoroughly (ensure no moisture on component surfaces), then pour the mixed silicone to fully immerse the components. 3. Place the potted components in an oven for curing; adjust the curing speed by changing the temperature according to production needs.
Application Scenarios
ThisSilicone Encapsulant is mainly used in railway signaling equipment, including railway signal lights, signal control modules, PCB boards, optical signaling components and detection sensors.
