HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Potting Compound for Electrostatic Precipitator Controls (ESP Controls) is a high-reliability two-component Addition Curing Silicone, also known as Silicone Encapsulant and Electronic Encapsulation Adhesive, tailored for ESP control equipment. Crafted from high-purity Silicone raw materials, it features adjustable weight mixing ratio, low viscosity, excellent insulation and corrosion resistance, curing at room or heated temperatures. It adheres well to PC, PMMA, PCB and metals, protects core ESP control components, ensures stable operation, complies with EU RoHS, and supports full parameter customization (around 198 characters).
Product Overview
Our Electronic Potting Compound is specially developed for Electrostatic Precipitator Controls (ESP Controls), dedicated to encapsulating, sealing, insulating and protecting ESP control modules, PCB substrates, high-voltage terminals, signal transmitters and detection sensors. As a leading manufacturer of liquid silicone and addition curing silicone, we optimize the formula for high-voltage industrial environmental scenarios, enhancing insulation, corrosion resistance and temperature adaptability to adapt to the high-voltage, dusty, corrosive operation requirements of ESP control equipment. Compared with epoxy potting resin, it has minimal volatile content, excellent weather resistance, no exotherm during curing, and absorbs thermal stress, ensuring long-term reliable operation of ESP control components in industrial dust removal environments.
Key Features & Advantages
- Superior High-Voltage Insulation: High volume resistivity (≥1.0×10¹⁶ Ω·cm) and excellent dielectric strength, effectively isolating high-voltage interference, preventing short circuits and leakage, ensuring safe and stable operation of ESP control equipment under high-voltage working conditions.
- Excellent Corrosion & Dust Resistance: Strong anti-chemical corrosion and dust-proof performance, withstanding corrosive gases, dust and industrial fumes in ESP working environments, avoiding component damage and extending service life of ESP control systems.
- Wide Temperature Adaptability: Stable performance from -60℃ to 220℃, withstanding extreme temperature fluctuations in industrial workshops; effectively absorbing thermal stress generated by high-voltage operation, protecting chips and welding gold wires from damage.
- Flexible Curing & Easy Operation: Adjustable weight mixing ratio, easy to proportion and stir; curable at room or heated temperatures, fully cured in 24 hours, with optional vacuum degassing for better performance; curing without exotherm, no corrosion, low shrinkage, improving production efficiency.
- Strong Adhesion & Customizability: Excellent adhesion to PC, PMMA, PCB, aluminum, copper and stainless steel, ensuring tight sealing of ESP control components; as a professional Silicone Potting Compound manufacturer, we customize hardness, viscosity, operation time and insulation performance to match different ESP control models.
How to Use
- Pre-Mix Preparation: Thoroughly stir Component A to evenly distribute settled fillers, and shake Component B vigorously to ensure uniformity, avoiding stratification that affects insulation and corrosion resistance performance.
- Precision Mixing: Strictly follow the recommended weight ratio of Component A to B, stirring slowly and evenly to ensure full integration without air bubbles that cause insulation defects and affect equipment safety.
- Degassing: After mixing, place the adhesive in a vacuum container at 0.01MPa for 3 minutes to eliminate air bubbles, ensuring full penetration into tiny gaps of ESP control components and high-voltage terminals.
- Curing: Pour the degassed mixture into component housings; cure at room temperature or heat to accelerate, enter the next process after basic curing, and ensure 24 hours of full curing. Note: Environment temperature and humidity significantly affect curing speed.
