HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam) is an anti-oxidation high-temperature oxidation resistance core product, specially developed for high-temperature oxidation environments, industrial furnaces and high-temperature equipment scenarios. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with anti-oxidants and high-temperature stabilizers, featuring ultra-strong anti-oxidation, high-temperature oxidation resistance, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and oxidation stability. How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting anti-oxidation and high-temperature resistance).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure uniform anti-oxidation and closed-cell structure, avoid oxidation penetration).
3. Pour the mixture into anti-oxidation component mold (paired with industrial mold silicone rubber), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating (heating helps enhance oxidation stability).
4. After full curing, test oxidation induction time (≥100min at 200℃) to confirm qualification, then use in high-temperature oxidation scenarios.
