As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with sound-absorbing fillers and noise-reduction modifiers, featuring ultra-strong sound absorption, noise reduction, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and sound-absorption stability. It achieves a sound absorption coefficient of ≥0.6 at 1000-4000Hz, effectively absorbing noise, reducing noise pollution, solving the problem of traditional foaming materials’ poor sound absorption in noise control scenarios. How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting sound absorption and noise reduction).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure uniform sound absorption and closed-cell structure, no sound leakage).
3. Pour the mixture into sound-absorbing component mold (paired with industrial mold silicone rubber), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating (heating helps enhance sound-absorption stability).
4. After full curing, test sound absorption coefficient (≥0.6) to confirm qualification, then use in sound-absorbing and noise control scenarios.
