HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam) is a UV-stable anti-yellowing core product, specially developed for outdoor products, solar equipment and UV-exposed scenarios. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with UV absorbers and anti-yellowing agents, featuring UV resistance grade UVA 400, no yellowing, no degradation, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and UV stability. It has no yellowing (ΔE ≤1.0 after 1000h UV irradiation), no performance degradation, effectively adapting to long-term UV exposure, solving the problem of traditional foaming materials’ yellowing and degradation in UV-exposed scenarios. Compatible with most of our outdoor and solar products, it is ideal for UV-stable components, UV-resistant buffers and UV-exposed scenarios.

How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting UV stability and anti-yellowing).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure uniform UV stability and closed-cell structure, no UV penetration).
3. Pour the mixture into UV-stable component mold (paired with industrial mold silicone rubber), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating (heating helps enhance UV stability).
4. After full curing, test UV stability (ΔE ≤1.0 after 1000h UV irradiation) to confirm qualification, then use in UV-exposed and outdoor scenarios.
