HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam ) is a low-viscosity high-flow core product, specially developed for complex molds, precision casting and high-flow scenarios. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with low-viscosity modifiers and flow agents, featuring ultra-low viscosity, high flowability, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and flow stability. It has a viscosity of 500-1000 mPa·s at 25℃, easy pouring, good mold filling, can fill complex mold gaps and fine structures, solving the problem of traditional foaming materials’ poor flowability in complex mold scenarios. Compatible with most of our precision and complex mold products, it is ideal for high-flow components, complex mold filling and high-flow scenarios.

How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting viscosity and flowability).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure uniform flowability and closed-cell structure, no mold filling defects).
3. Pour the mixture into complex mold (paired with high-precision mold silicone), rely on high flowability to fill mold gaps, foam and cure at room temperature or by heating (heating helps enhance flow stability).
4. After full curing, check mold filling integrity (≥99%) to confirm qualification, then use in complex mold and high-flow scenarios.
