How to Use
1. Clean the bonding substrate (metal, plastic, glass, etc.) to remove oil, dust and impurities (ensure good adhesion, avoid bonding failure).
2. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous.
3. Apply the mixture to the bonding surface, bond the two substrates, press gently to ensure no gaps, foam and cure at room temperature or by heating (heating helps enhance adhesion strength).
4. After full curing, test adhesion strength (≥1.5 MPa) to confirm no peeling, then use in bonding and composite scenarios.
