How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately in a clean, food-safe environment to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting food safety).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure uniform food safety and closed-cell structure, no food residue).
3. Pour the mixture into food contact component mold (paired with industrial mold silicone rubber), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating (heating helps enhance food safety stability).
4. After full curing, conduct food contact test (no harmful migration) to confirm qualification, then use in food processing and food contact scenarios.
