Product Summary

 HONG YE SILICONE liquid silicone foam, also known as Foamed Silicone or Silicone Sponge, is two-part Addition Curing Silicone rubber. Mixed A/B liquid components create lightweight foam via chemical foaming & heat vulcanization. It supports 2–7× adjustable expansion, stable rebound, wide temperature tolerance. Product Overview

Liquid Silicone Foam is an addition curing, two-component silicone rubber. It consists of flowable Part A and Part B liquid silicone. After mixing and heating vulcanization, chemical foaming occurs to produce soft, lightweight foam with great hand feel. There is no thickness limit for finished products, and processing is simple. This eco-friendly material is produced by HONG YE SILICONE, alongside our mold making silicone, pad printing silicone, electronic Potting Compound, human body silicone and robot silicone for full silicone material solutions.

Mixing ratio: A:B =1:1 by weight. Foaming ratio adjustable from 2 times up to 7 times volume expansion. It has uniform foam structure, low linear shrinkage and excellent rebound. Continuous usable temperature: -65℃ ~ 200℃. Non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-radioactive with good chemical inertness, electric insulation and flame resistance.

How To Use

1. Stir Part A and Part B separately before use to avoid sedimentation.
2. Mix two components at 1:1 ratio, stir for 2–3 minutes for even blending.
3. Vacuum the mixed compound and use quickly to prevent premature curing.
4. Avoid contact with sulfur, nitrogen, tin, water and curing inhibitors.
