Robot Skin Silicone, also called simulation skin silicone, liquid human‑body silicone, is Addition Curing Silicone, two‑component platinum catalyzed RTV‑2 silicone rubber. Mix Part A and Part B at 1:1 weight ratio to get flowable liquid silicone. It can be poured by hand or used with low‑pressure injection equipment. No thickness limitation for finished goods.

We divide it into three grades: ultra‑soft type 0‑5A for special‑effect makeup and soft‑tissue simulation; medium‑soft type 10‑15A for robot skin and prosthetic liners; medium‑hard type 20‑30A for durable teaching models. This Human Body Silicone is an ideal replacement for latex, PVC and PU foam.
