This series covers Shore A hardness from 0A‑30A. Super‑soft grade (0‑5A) is ideal for soft‑tissue simulation and movie special‑effect prosthetics. Medium‑soft grade (10‑15A) is designed for humanoid robot flexible skin and prosthetic inner liners. Medium‑hard grade (20‑30A) is suitable for frequently‑used medical teaching models and museum display wax figures.
This material features low shrinkage rate ≤0.1%, which can restore fine skin pores and subtle surface textures. After full curing, it delivers excellent dynamic resilience. It can withstand repeated bending, stretching and folding without cracking or permanent deformation. Compared with conventional condensation silicone, it effectively reduces oil bleeding, surface tackiness and premature yellowing, extending service life of bionic finished products.
The silicone is odor‑free and non‑irritating, safe for indirect human‑skin contact. Custom skin‑tone, translucent and transparent colors are available. Good fluidity supports pouring and brushing molding. It fits both laboratory prototyping and large‑scale automated mass‑production.
As a professional silicone manufacturer, Shenzhen Hong Ye Jie Technology Co., Ltd also provides Mold Silicone, Pad Printing Silicone, Electronic Potting Compound, thermal conductive silicone, liquid and solid silicone rubber. We support sample testing, formula adjustment and bulk order delivery. Global buyers are welcome to request TDS and quotation.
Stir Part A and Part B separately before mixing to disperse settled fillers. Mix two components at 1:1 weight ratio for 2‑3 minutes, scrape container bottom and side walls. Vacuum degassing is highly recommended to eliminate bubbles. Pot life is 30‑40 minutes at room temperature, full curing takes 4‑8 hours. Heating at 60‑80℃ can shorten curing time.
Platinum silicone will fail to cure if exposed to sulfur, tin, lead or phosphorus substances. Molds and tools previously used for condensation silicone must be thoroughly cleaned. Avoid sharp‑object scratching and long‑term strong sunlight exposure. Small‑area skin test is required for skin‑contact finished products.
Part A and Part B are packed separately in 5kg, 20kg, 200kg drums. Store in cool and dry place. Shelf life: 12 months. Transported as non‑dangerous goods.
