Product Description

 is a low‑odor, foam‑enabled platinum‑catalyzed addition‑type RTV‑2 Liquid silicone rubber independently developed by Shenzhen Hong Ye Jie Technology Co., Ltd. It is composed of flowable Part A and Part B, mixed at 1:1 by weight. It cures at room temperature; heating can accelerate curing speed. It can be cast as solid skin or foamed buffer structure, suitable for manual prototyping and automated mass‑production.

This series covers Shore A hardness from 0‑30A. Ultra‑soft grade (0‑5A) is ideal for soft‑tissue simulation and movie special‑effect prosthetics. Medium‑soft grade (10‑15A) is designed for humanoid robot outer skin and prosthetic inner liners. Medium‑hard grade (20‑30A) applies to frequently‑used medical teaching models and museum display wax figures.

The material features ultra‑low shrinkage ≤0.1%, which can precisely replicate skin pores and fine surface textures. The formula achieves low‑odor performance, no strong irritating smell during processing. It supports adjustable foaming ratio, can produce lightweight porous Foamed Silicone for robot internal buffer and cushion parts. Solid‑state silicone can be used as outer bionic skin, realizing composite structure of solid skin + foamed inner buffer. It has good tear resistance, anti‑aging and anti‑yellowing performance, effectively avoid oil bleeding and surface tackiness, extending service life of bionic finished goods.

The silicone is odor‑low and non‑irritating, safe for indirect human‑skin contact. Custom skin‑tone, translucent and transparent colors are available. Good fluidity supports pouring and brushing molding, fitting both R&D sampling and large‑scale automated production.

Operating Instructions

Stir Part A and Part B separately before mixing to disperse settled fillers. Mix two components at 1:1 weight ratio for 2‑3 minutes, scrape container bottom and side walls. Vacuum degassing is highly recommended to eliminate bubbles. Pot life is 30‑40 minutes at room temperature, full curing takes 4‑8 hours. Heating at 60‑80℃ can shorten curing time. For foamed version, follow specified foaming agent ratio and process parameters.

Notes

Platinum silicone will fail to cure when contacting sulfur, tin, lead or phosphorus substances. Molds and tools previously used for condensation silicone must be thoroughly cleaned. Avoid sharp‑object scratching and long‑term strong sunlight exposure. Small‑area skin test is required for skin‑contact finished products.
