low bleed dry touch robot skin silicone is a new upgraded platinum cured RTV-2 liquid bionic silicone developed independently by Shenzhen Hong Ye Jie Technology for commercial interactive humanoid robots with long-term exhibition and frequent human touch scenarios. Many conventional bionic silicone on market contain high free silicone oil, which will gradually migrate out after placement. The surface turns greasy and sticky, easily absorbing dust and hair. For exhibition robots, frequent cleaning and maintenance are required, and users’ hands and clothes will be contaminated after touching. This seriously damages human-machine interaction experience and shortens the service life of robot outer skin. Our product adopts molecular purification and formula reconstruction to reduce free small molecules, restrain oil precipitation fundamentally. The cured product maintains dry and delicate surface for long-term placement, non-greasy and dust-resistant, perfectly suitable for bionic products requiring frequent human contact, long static display and micro facial expression movement.
This product adopts 1:1 weight ratio mixing, room temperature curing, heating accelerated curing available. It can be poured or brushed, suitable for complex curved surface, thin facial skin and flexible palm integrated molding. Hardness ranges from 0 to 20 Shore A. 0‑7A ultra-soft grade is designed for facial skin, simulating soft human flesh texture and supporting micro-expression stretching. 8‑20A medium soft grade is for arm, torso and hand interactive skin, balancing soft touch and surface wear resistance, suitable for reception robot hand and body interaction zone.
Besides core low bleed dry performance, the material keeps essential mechanical properties for bionic skin, with good tear and tensile resistance. Repeated micro-expression stretching on face will not crack, and deformation rebounds naturally without permanent wrinkles. The curing shrinkage rate ≤0.09%, which can reproduce skin pores and fine texture with high precision. Custom skin tones are available with uniform color penetration and strong coating adhesion. The dry surface avoids coating peeling and mottling. It has excellent indoor anti-yellowing property, resisting yellowing and darkening under long indoor lighting, stabilizing appearance and greatly reducing later maintenance and renovation cost.
Adopting high purity platinum addition curing system, the silicone is non-toxic and odorless with no harmful volatile substances, safe and non-irritating for direct human touch. Moderate fluidity and good defoaming performance reduce pinholes after pouring, delivering high finished product yield. It supports small batch sampling for research institutes and robot enterprises, as well as large-scale automated mass production, stable batch performance and consistent raw material quality to guarantee mass production stability for customers.

Operating Instructions

Fully stir Part A and Part B before use to disperse settled filler at the bottom of bucket. Mix at 1:1 weight ratio and stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes with scraping bottom and wall. Vacuum defoaming is recommended to eliminate tiny bubbles for pinhole-free delicate surface. Room temperature pot life is 40-50 minutes, full curing for 5-10 hours. Heating at 60-80℃ can shorten curing cycle without damaging low bleed dry performance.

Notes

Platinum addition silicone will be poisoned and fail to cure once contacting sulfur, tin, lead and other contaminants. Molds, mixing tools and containers need thorough cleaning before operation. Avoid long-time strong UV exposure to slow down aging. Skin patch test is recommended for products with prolonged human contact.

Packing & Storage

Part A and Part B packed separately in sealed drums: 5kg, 20kg, 200kg. Store in cool, dry and clean sealed environment, away from high temperature and sulfur pollutants. Shelf life:12 months, classified as non-dangerous goods for safe transportation.
