high wear-resistant scratch-proof long-lasting durable robot skin silicone is a newly developed high-durability platinum-cured RTV-2 liquid bionic silicone launched by Shenzhen Hong Ye Jie Technology, targeting the pain points of easy scratching, friction aging and short service life of traditional robot skin in commercial public high-frequency interaction scenarios. Conventional bionic silicone focuses on soft simulation texture but lacks surface compactness and wear resistance. In public exhibition environments, daily finger touching, nail scratching, fabric friction and repeated cleaning will leave irreversible scratches and white marks on ordinary silicone surface. Long-term friction will cause surface fuzzing, texture blurring and mottled aging, greatly damaging the high-end display effect and requiring frequent skin replacement and maintenance. This product adopts new-generation molecular cross-linking densification and toughening modification technology to strengthen surface shear resistance and friction durability, fundamentally solving the rapid aging and wear failure problems of commercial robot skin.

It adopts stable 1:1 weight ratio mixing, room temperature curing and heating accelerated curing, compatible with pouring and brushing processes, suitable for integrated molding of robot face, palms, arms and trunk high-frequency friction areas. The hardness ranges from 10A to 32A to meet differentiated commercial durability needs. 10-18A soft and wear-resistant grade balances skin-friendly touch and basic scratch resistance, suitable for delicate facial interactive areas. 20-32A high-strength durable grade provides excellent friction and collision resistance for palms and body surfaces, adapting to all-weather high-intensity commercial use.
 
The core advantage lies in superior wear resistance and scratch-proof performance with long-lasting no-mark effect. Different from ordinary silicone that is fragile and easy to age, this material features compact and tough surface molecular structure. It resists daily light scratching, minor collision and repeated friction without leaving scratches, white marks or fuzzing. After tens of thousands of friction cycles, the surface texture remains clear and complete with uniform color, maintaining brand-new appearance for long-term commercial operation and greatly reducing later maintenance and replacement costs.
 
With ultra-low curing shrinkage rate ≤0.08%, the material accurately restores human skin pores and micro-textures with natural and delicate simulation effect without artificial plastic sense. The upgraded wear-resistant color fastness formula ensures stable color performance, no whitening, mottling or fading after long-term frequent touching and cleaning. It retains excellent dynamic tear resistance and fatigue resistance, with stable cortex structure without cracking or peeling during repeated facial expression and joint movement, balancing high simulation fidelity and commercial durability.
 
The compact surface structure provides excellent stain resistance and cleaning tolerance. Daily fingerprints and dust can be easily wiped off with soft cloth without surface wear or scratching, adapting to frequent public maintenance requirements. Adopting high-purity platinum eco-friendly curing system, the silicone is non-toxic, odorless and skin-friendly with excellent biocompatibility, safe for long-term public human-computer interaction and close display scenarios. It has moderate fluidity and smooth defoaming performance, producing high-yield flawless finished products with uniform wear resistance, suitable for commercial robot mass production and high-end simulation customization with stable batch consistency.

Operating Instructions

Fully stir Part A and Part B before use to evenly disperse wear-resistant fillers and ensure consistent surface durability. Mix strictly at 1:1 weight ratio and stir thoroughly by scraping bottom and walls to avoid local performance difference. Vacuum defoaming is required to ensure compact and flawless surface and uniform wear resistance. Room temperature pot life is 40-50 minutes, full curing for 5-9 hours. Heating curing at 60-80℃ speeds up production without damaging core wear-resistant and scratch-proof performance.

Notes

Platinum silicone will be poisoned and fail to cure when contacting sulfur, tin, lead and phosphorus contaminants. All tools and molds must be clean and dry. Avoid sharp hard object scratching and violent friction. Use soft cloth for daily cleaning, do not polish with hard abrasive tools. Skin safety test is required for public interactive products.

Packing & Storage

Part A and Part B packed separately in sealed drums: 5kg, 20kg, 200kg. Store in cool, dry and ventilated sealed environment, away from high temperature and sharp hard objects. Shelf life: 12 months, transported as non-dangerous goods.
