Operating Instructions
Fully stir Part A and Part B before use to evenly disperse clean modified fillers and ensure overall zero-bleed performance. Mix strictly at 1:1 weight ratio and stir thoroughly to avoid local performance difference. Complete vacuum defoaming to ensure smooth and clean surface of finished products. Room temperature pot life is 45-55 minutes full curing for 6-10 hours. Heating curing improves production efficiency without damaging core zero-bleed clean performance.
Notes
Platinum silicone is prohibited from contacting sulfur tin lead phosphorus pollutants to avoid curing failure and structural damage. Keep tools and molds clean and dry without external oil pollution.
