matte anti-fingerprint dirt-resistant robot skin silicone is a newly upgraded high-end frosted RTV-2 liquid bionic silicone developed by Shenzhen Hong Ye Jie Technology, specially optimized for commercial public high-frequency touching, high-definition shooting and long-term exhibition scenarios. Traditional glossy bionic silicone suffers from strong light reflection, lens glare, obvious fingerprint and oil residue, easy dust accumulation and difficult daily cleaning, resulting in cheap display texture and high maintenance cost. This product adopts integrated molecular matte modification and nano hydrophobic oleophobic technology, realizing inherent frosted matte effect without secondary spraying or coating, avoiding coating peeling, fading and delamination, maintaining stable premium texture for long-term use.
It adopts stable 1:1 weight ratio mixing, room temperature curing and heating accelerated curing, compatible with pouring and brushing processes, suitable for integrated molding of robot curved surface outer skin, interactive palms and facial skin. The hardness ranges from 8A to 25A. 8-12A soft grade provides delicate skin-friendly frosted touch for face and hand interaction areas, non-sticky and comfortable for frequent human touching. 15-25A tough grade balances matte texture, wear resistance and anti-fouling performance for robot body and arm areas, resisting abrasion and dirt accumulation during long-term public use.
The core advantage is inherent premium matte anti-fingerprint performance. Different from ordinary post-spray matte treatment which is easy to wear off, our integral matte formula ensures uniform frosted texture throughout the material, no bright spots, no color difference, no delamination. The nano low surface energy structure repels sweat, oil and dust, leaving almost no fingerprints after dry hand touching; slight stains can be wiped off easily with dry cloth without residual marks or scratch lines. It effectively solves the problem of easy dirt accumulation and difficult cleaning of exhibition robots, keeping the equipment clean and high-grade for a long time.
With zero glare and anti-reflection performance, the material perfectly adapts to exhibition spotlight irradiation and high-definition camera shooting, presenting natural and realistic bionic effect without overexposure or whitish distortion. The ultra-low curing shrinkage rate accurately reproduces human skin micro-textures, weakening plastic artificial sense and improving simulation fidelity. The upgraded matte color fastness formula ensures uniform and soft coloring without brightening, mottling or fading, maintaining stable premium visual effect for long-term display.
It retains excellent dynamic bionic performance with outstanding tear resistance and tensile elasticity. Repeated facial micro-expression and joint deformation will not cause cracking, peeling or texture damage. Adopting high-purity platinum eco-friendly curing system, the silicone is non-toxic, odorless and skin-friendly, safe for long-term public human-computer contact scenarios. It features moderate fluidity and good defoaming performance, delivering high-yield finished products with uniform matte texture, suitable for customized sampling and large-scale mass production with stable batch consistency.
Shenzhen Hong Ye Jie Technology has built a full-series differentiated bionic silicone system covering dry-touch low bleed, ultra-soft micro-expression, high-tear resistance, anti-yellowing aging-resistant and this new matte anti-fingerprint type. Operating Instructions

Fully stir Part A and Part B respectively for more than 3 minutes before use to evenly disperse settled matte powder and ensure uniform frosted texture. Mix strictly at 1:1 weight ratio and stir thoroughly with scraping bottom and walls to avoid local texture difference. Vacuum defoaming is required to eliminate tiny bubbles and ensure flawless matte surface. Room temperature pot life is 40-50 minutes, full curing for 5-9 hours. Heating curing at 60-80℃ shortens production cycle without damaging matte and anti-fingerprint performance.

Notes

Platinum silicone will be poisoned and fail to cure when contacting sulfur, tin, lead and phosphorus contaminants. All tools and molds must be kept clean and dry. Do not use strong acid or alkali detergent for cleaning; dry cloth wiping is recommended. Avoid long-term violent friction to protect the frosted texture. Skin contact test is recommended for public interactive products.

Packing & Storage

Part A and Part B packed separately in sealed drums: 5kg, 20kg, 200kg. Store in cool, dry and clean sealed environment, away from high temperature and pollution sources. Shelf life: 12 months, transported as non-dangerous goods.
