Conventional bionic silicone performs well in static display but suffers from serious dynamic performance defects. After long-term high-frequency bending, stretching and torsion, the molecular structure is prone to fatigue relaxation, resulting in slow rebound, incomplete reset, accumulated residual wrinkles and permanent loose deformation, which greatly reduces the dynamic simulation effect and service life of robot skin. This product adopts new-generation molecular chain toughening rebound modification technology to strengthen the internal cross-linking structure, fundamentally improving dynamic rebound speed and anti-fatigue limit, and solving the problem of dynamic residual deformation and performance attenuation.
It adopts stable 1:1 weight ratio mixing, room temperature curing and heating accelerated curing, compatible with pouring and brushing processes, suitable for integrated molding of complex robot joint curved surfaces and flexible limb skin. The hardness ranges from 10A to 30A. 10-15A soft and tough grade is suitable for flexible moving parts such as shoulders, waists and wrists with gentle and smooth rebound. 20-30A high-resilience grade is optimized for stressed joints such as elbows and knees, resisting relaxation and deformation during large-amplitude movement, matching the differentiated dynamic working conditions of the whole robot body.

Different from ordinary silicone with hysteretic rebound and incomplete reset, this material can instantly elastically reset after stress deformation, with zero rebound delay and zero motion stuttering, ensuring highly synchronous dynamic response of robot movements. With ultra-low curing shrinkage rate ≤0.08%, the material accurately reproduces human skin pores, fine lines and natural texture with high static simulation fidelity. The upgraded color fastness formula ensures uniform and firm coloring, no cracking, mottling or fading after repeated dynamic deformation, maintaining stable color texture for long-term movement. It balances soft skin-like touch and high dynamic toughness, with flexible movement follow-up performance, perfectly restoring the natural motion state of human limbs.
It features excellent dynamic tear resistance and tensile strength, resisting cracking and peeling after high-frequency repeated deformation and extreme bending, with far longer dynamic service life than ordinary bionic silicone. Adopting high-purity platinum eco-friendly curing system, the silicone is non-toxic, odorless and skin-friendly with excellent biocompatibility, safe for long-term dynamic human-computer interaction and human contact simulation products. Operating Instructions
Fully stir Part A and Part B for more than 3 minutes before use to evenly disperse rebound modified fillers and ensure uniform dynamic performance. Mix strictly at 1:1 weight ratio and stir thoroughly with scraping bottom and walls to avoid local performance difference. Vacuum defoaming is mandatory to eliminate tiny bubbles and ensure uniform stress resistance during dynamic deformation. Room temperature pot life is 40-50 minutes, full curing for 5-9 hours. Heating curing at 60-80℃ accelerates production without damaging high resilience and anti-fatigue performance.
Notes
Platinum silicone will be poisoned and fail to cure when contacting sulfur, tin, lead and phosphorus contaminants. All tools and molds must be kept clean and dry. Avoid long-term extreme pulling and over-bending to extend dynamic service life. Regular cleaning is recommended for high-frequency moving products. Skin contact test is required for human contact products.
Packing & Storage
Part A and Part B packed separately in sealed drums: 5kg, 20kg, 200kg. Store in cool, dry, clean and sealed environment, away from high temperature, pollution and strong light. Shelf life: 12 months, transported as non-dangerous goods.
