low-bleed dry-touch bionic skin silicone is newly developed for high-frequency human-computer interaction and long-term closed exhibition humanoid robots. It solves the common defects of traditional silicone such as surface oil precipitation, greasy sticky feeling, dust accumulation and fingerprint residue. Adopting high-purity low-volatility and low-precipitation formula, the cured surface has no oil film residue, maintaining long-term dry, clean and non-sticky touch. It effectively reduces dust adsorption and keeps the robot skin clean for a long time. Widely used in robot interactive face and hands, closed exhibition displays, medical simulation mannequins, wearable simulation props and high-end dust-free exhibits requiring hygienic and comfortable touch experience.

Full Product Description
HYJ-RS-045 low-bleed dry-touch non-sticky robot skin silicone is a newly upgraded high-purity platinum-cured RTV-2 liquid bionic silicone developed by Shenzhen Hong Ye Jie Technology, targeting the pain points of greasy surface, sticky touch and easy dust accumulation of traditional robot skin materials. Ordinary bionic silicone contains a large number of unreacted small molecular additives, which continuously precipitate oil substances after curing, forming sticky oil film on the surface, easily absorbing dust, lint and fingerprints, resulting in dirty and aging appearance and high maintenance frequency. This product adopts optimized low-volatility and low-precipitation formula to eliminate surface grease residue from the source, realizing permanent dry, smooth and non-sticky bionic touch.
It adopts stable 1:1 weight ratio mixing, room temperature curing and heating accelerated curing, compatible with pouring and brushing processes, suitable for integrated molding of robot face, palms, arms and body surface. The hardness ranges from 6A to 25A. 6-12A ultra-soft grade provides warm, dry and skin-friendly touch for facial and hand interaction areas without sticky hysteresis. 15-25A tough grade is suitable for body and arm surface, featuring dry wear resistance and anti-fouling performance, keeping clean after long-term frequent touching and friction.
The core advantage is zero precipitation and long-term dry clean touch. Different from ordinary silicone that becomes greasy and sticky after long-term placement, this material has stable molecular structure after curing without continuous small molecule precipitation or oil film residue. The surface is dry and smooth without stickiness, and the electrostatic dust adsorption is greatly reduced, avoiding dust and lint accumulation in closed exhibition environments. It maintains brand-new clean appearance for a long time and greatly reduces daily cleaning and maintenance costs.
With ultra-low curing shrinkage rate ≤0.08%, the material accurately restores human skin pores and micro-textures with natural and delicate simulation effect without artificial plastic sense. The non-oil-film structure enhances paint adhesion and color stability, avoiding darkening, mottling and fading caused by grease precipitation. It retains excellent dynamic bionic performance, with no peeling, cracking or residual wrinkles after repeated facial expression and joint deformation, balancing high simulation fidelity and long-term surface cleanliness.
Adopting medical-grade high-purity platinum eco-friendly system, the silicone is non-toxic, odorless and non-irritating with zero allergenic precipitation. It features excellent biocompatibility, safe for long-term human skin contact, close interaction and closed indoor display scenarios. It has moderate fluidity and good defoaming performance, producing flat, clean and flawless finished products, suitable for customized sampling and large-scale mass production with stable batch dry-touch consistency.

Operating Instructions

Fully stir Part A and Part B before use to ensure uniform distribution of high-purity raw materials and consistent low-bleed performance. Mix strictly at 1:1 weight ratio and stir thoroughly with scraping bottom and walls. Vacuum defoaming is required to obtain flat and clean surface without particle defects. Room temperature pot life is 40-50 minutes, full curing for 5-9 hours. Heating curing at 60-80℃ speeds up production without damaging dry-touch and low-precipitation performance.

Notes

Platinum silicone will be poisoned and fail to cure when contacting sulfur, tin, lead and phosphorus contaminants. All tools and molds must be clean and dry without oil pollution. Do not use oily cleaning agents to avoid damaging the dry-touch surface structure. Regular dust removal is recommended for long-term closed exhibition. Skin safety test is required for close-contact products.

Packing & Storage

Part A and Part B packed separately in sealed drums: 5kg, 20kg, 200kg. Store in cool, dry, clean and ventilated sealed environment, away from high temperature and oil pollution sources. Shelf life: 12 months, transported as non-dangerous goods.
