HYJ-RS-040 ultra-soft low modulus human fat-like robot skin silicone is a newly upgraded high-precision bionic platinum-cured RTV-2 liquid silicone independently developed by Shenzhen Hong Ye Jie Technology, targeting high-end humanoid robot facial micro-expression refinement simulation and natural wrinkle restoration. Conventional bionic silicone on the market has high modulus and hard texture, resulting in rigid robot facial expressions, unnatural folds and strong plastic sense, which cannot meet the high-standard emotional interaction simulation requirements of high-end humanoid robots. This product adopts optimized molecular cross-linking modification technology to greatly reduce Young’s modulus, perfectly simulating the soft buffer characteristics of real human facial subcutaneous fat, achieving the superior performance of soft deformation, natural wrinkling and fluent rebound, completely breaking through the "uncanny valley" texture bottleneck of bionic simulation.
This product adopts stable 1:1 weight ratio mixing, room temperature curing and low-temperature heating accelerated curing, suitable for ultra-thin facial skin precision molding, complex facial texture reproduction and micro-contour integrated forming. It mainly adopts ultra-soft hardness range of 0A-5A, infinitely close to the softness of real human facial skin and fat, with authentic skin buffer touch without hard plastic feeling. A small amount of 8A soft grade is matched for facial transition parts such as jaw and nose wing, realizing natural soft and hard transition and full facial simulation hierarchy.
The core advantage lies in ultra-sensitive micro-deformation response. Different from ordinary silicone which requires large stretching force to deform, this low-modulus silicone can produce uniform and soft skin deformation under tiny driving displacement, perfectly matching the driving logic of robot facial micro-motors and flexible driving components. Blinking movement is gentle and natural, smiling wrinkles are evenly distributed, and frowning texture fits real human features, restoring subtle facial emotional details in all directions. The material rebounds without lag or residual folds, ensuring smooth expression switching and vivid and lifelike facial dynamics.
With ultra-low curing shrinkage rate ≤0.07%, the material can accurately restore micron-level human skin pores, shallow fine lines and natural skin texture, presenting three-dimensional facial contours and delicate and transparent texture without artificial traces. The upgraded yellowing-resistant formula maintains stable and transparent skin tone after long-term light exposure and indoor display, avoiding darkening and dullness, and lasting fresh bionic effect. Although with ultra-soft texture, the material retains excellent tear resistance and tensile performance, resisting cracking and peeling after frequent repeated micro-expression deformation, ensuring long-term dynamic stability.
Adopting high-purity platinum eco-friendly curing system, the silicone is non-toxic, odorless and non-irritating with excellent biocompatibility, safe for long-term facial simulation and human contact scenarios. Custom skin tones are available with uniform color penetration and strong adhesion, no color cracking or mottling after repeated facial deformation. Operating Instructions

Fully stir Part A and Part B for more than 3 minutes respectively before use to disperse settled fillers completely and ensure uniform modulus, hardness and color. Mix strictly at 1:1 weight ratio and stir thoroughly with scraping bottom and walls to avoid uneven hardness and deformation difference. Vacuum defoaming is mandatory to eliminate tiny bubbles for flawless ultra-thin skin texture. Room temperature pot life is 40-50 minutes, full curing for 6-10 hours. Low-temperature heating curing at 60℃ accelerates production without damaging ultra-soft low-modulus texture.

Notes

Platinum silicone will be poisoned and fail to cure when contacting sulfur, tin, lead and phosphorus substances. All tools and molds must be kept clean. Avoid sharp object scratching and violent pulling of ultra-soft finished skin. Prevent long-term strong light exposure to delay aging. Skin contact test is recommended for facial simulation products.

Packing & Storage

Packed in 5kg, 20kg, 200kg sealed drums for Part A and Part B separately. Store in cool, dry, clean and sealed environment, away from high temperature, pollution and strong light. Shelf life: 12 months, transported as non-dangerous goods.
