Conventional bionic silicone on the market has weak aging resistance, prone to yellowing, darkening, mottled discoloration and surface stickiness after short-term use. The material will gradually harden and embrittle after aging, resulting in frequent skin replacement and high maintenance cost, unable to meet the long-term quality requirements of commercial robots and museum exhibits. This product adopts dual upgrading of molecular weathering structure and long-term anti-yellowing additives, fundamentally inhibiting oxidative discoloration and performance attenuation, achieving long-term color transparency and stable flexible texture for years.
This product adopts stable 1:1 weight ratio mixing, room temperature curing and heating accelerated curing, compatible with pouring and brushing processes, suitable for integrated molding of complex curved surface outer skin, facial skin and flexible palms. The hardness ranges from 5A to 30A. 5-12A soft grade is suitable for robot face, eyelid, lip and fingertip flexible skin with natural micro-expression deformation. 15-30A high-toughness grade is optimized for arm, torso and joint stressed skin, balancing aging resistance and mechanical durability for long-term continuous operation.

Operating Instructions
Fully stir Part A and Part B before use to evenly disperse anti-aging additives and settled fillers for consistent weather resistance. Mix strictly at 1:1 weight ratio and stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes with scraping bottom and walls. Vacuum defoaming is recommended to eliminate tiny bubbles and ensure uniform surface and stable performance. Room temperature pot life is 40-50 minutes, full curing for 5-9 hours. Heating curing at 60-80℃ accelerates production without damaging anti-yellowing and aging-resistant performance.
Notes
Platinum silicone will be poisoned and fail to cure when contacting sulfur, tin, lead and phosphorus contaminants. All molds and tools must be kept clean. Avoid long-term intense UV exposure and extreme violent pulling to prolong service life. Skin patch test is recommended for products with long-term human contact.
Packing & Storage
Part A and Part B packed separately in sealed drums: 5kg, 20kg, 200kg. Store in cool, dry, clean and sealed environment, away from high temperature, pollution and strong light. Shelf life: 12 months, transported as non-dangerous goods.
