Operating Instructions
Stir Part A and Part B evenly before use to disperse settled fillers. Mix at 1:1 weight ratio and stir fully for 2‑3 minutes with scraping bottom and walls. Vacuum defoaming is strongly recommended to eliminate tiny bubbles. Room temperature working time is 35‑45 minutes, full curing for 4‑9 hours. Heating at 60‑80℃ can greatly accelerate curing speed and improve production efficiency.
Notes
Platinum silicone will be poisoned and fail to cure when contacting sulfur, tin, lead and phosphorus substances. All molds and tools must be thoroughly cleaned before use. Avoid sharp object scratching and long‑term intense sunlight exposure. Skin contact products need patch test in advance.
