high‑fatigue‑resistant robot skin silicone is a modified platinum‑catalyzed addition‑type RTV‑2 liquid silicone independently developed by Shenzhen Hong Ye Jie Technology Co., Ltd. Two‑component liquid system, mix Part A and Part B at 1:1 weight ratio, cures under room temperature condition, heating accelerates curing progress.
This formula is specially optimized for dynamic working conditions of humanoid robots. It solves common industry pain‑points: traditional silicone is easy to crack after thousands of bending‑stretching cycles, surface oil‑bleeding, dust‑sticking and losing original skin‑like touch. Hardness range covers Shore A 0‑25A. Ultra‑soft grade 0‑8A fits robot face, finger skin; medium‑soft grade 10‑25A applies to elbow, shoulder, wrist joint skin and medical simulation components.
Excellent mechanical performance: high elongation rate, fast resilience after torsion & repeated bending. After thousands of cyclic bending tests, no crack or permanent deformation occurs, elastic performance maintains well. Low‑bleed formula greatly reduces free‑silicone‑oil precipitation, finished‑product surface keeps dry, not easy to absorb dust, maintain long‑term realistic skin texture. Shrinkage ≤0.1%, precisely restore fine texture such as skin pores and lines.
Platinum curing system, no harmful by‑products during curing, skin‑friendly for indirect human‑body contact. Custom skin‑tone, translucent and multi‑color options available. Good fluidity for pouring and brushing process, suitable for laboratory R&D sampling as well as mass‑volume automated production.

Stir A and B components separately before mixing to re‑disperse settled fillers. Mix Part A & B by weight ratio 1:1, stir fully for 2‑3 minutes, scrape bottom and side wall of container. Vacuum degassing is strongly advised to eliminate air bubbles. Working time:30‑45 min at room temperature; full curing 4‑9h. Heating 60‑80℃ can shorten curing cycle.
Platinum silicone will be poisoned and fail to cure when contacting sulfur, tin, lead, phosphorus substances. Molds and tools previously used for condensation‑type silicone must be thoroughly cleaned. Avoid long‑term intense ultraviolet radiation. For finished goods contacting human skin, small‑area skin contact test is suggested.
A, B packed separately in 5kg,20kg,200kg drums. Store in cool dry sealed environment. Shelf life:12 months, transported as non‑dangerous goods.
