The product adopts 1:1 weight ratio of Part A and Part B, room temperature curing, heating accelerated curing, suitable for thin‑wall ultra‑soft facial skin and thick‑wall joint stress parts. The hardness range is 0‑25 Shore A. 0‑8A ultra‑soft grade is specially used for robot facial micro‑expression simulation and fingertip soft skin; 10‑25A high‑elastic grade is used for robot wrists, elbows, waist and other high‑frequency moving joint skin, realizing ultra‑long cycle dynamic operation.
This upgraded formula features true zero free silicone oil precipitation, permanent dry touch surface, no dust accumulation, no sticky hand feeling, and maintains realistic skin texture for several years. With ultra‑low shrinkage rate ≤0.1%, it can accurately restore skin pores, fine lines and skin texture details. After tens of thousands of repeated bending, stretching and torsion tests, the material still maintains stable elasticity, no permanent deformation, no whitening cracking, and excellent fatigue resistance.
Compared with ordinary silicone on the market, HYJ‑RS‑033 has stronger anti‑aging, anti‑yellowing and UV resistance, effectively avoiding surface aging, hardening and brittle failure caused by long‑term indoor and outdoor use. The material is odor‑free, non‑toxic and skin‑friendly, compliant with indirect human contact safety standards. Custom skin color, translucent and transparent colors are available. It supports pouring and brushing molding, fully adapting to laboratory prototype research and development and automated large‑scale mass production.

Stir Part A and Part B evenly before use to avoid filler precipitation. Mix at 1:1 weight ratio and stir thoroughly for 2‑3 minutes with scraping bottom and walls. Vacuum defoaming is recommended to improve finished product finish. Room temperature operation time is 35‑45 minutes, full curing for 4‑9 hours. Heating at 60‑80℃ can greatly shorten curing time.
Platinum silicone will be poisoned and fail to cure when contacting sulfur, tin, lead and phosphorus substances. All tools and molds must be thoroughly cleaned before use. Avoid sharp object scratching and long‑term strong light exposure. Skin contact products need small‑area skin test in advance.
A/B components are packed separately in 5kg, 20kg, 200kg drums. Store in cool and dry environment with sealed packaging. Shelf life is 12 months, transported as non‑dangerous goods.
