HONG YE SILICONE Liquid Tank Filter Silicone Gel, also known as Jelly Silicone Gel and Liquid Tank Sealant, is a two-component addition-curing RTV silicone. It provides excellent sealing, moisture-proofing, insulation, and high-temperature resistance for HEPA filters, electronics, and high-temperature equipment. Safe, eco-friendly, non-oozing, and easy to operate, it is widely used in liquid tank filters, LCD manufacturing, and electronic potting.

Liquid Tank Filter Silicone Gel from HONG YE SILICONE is a professional two-component RTV 2 Silicone Rubber designed for sealing and potting. Also called Jelly Silicone Gel and Liquid Tank Adhesive, it is widely used in liquid-type HEPA air filters, optical electronics, LCD manufacturing, and precision components. It works as a reliable Silicone Potting Compound for high-temperature equipment and offers strong adhesion to metals and plastics, making it ideal for industrial sealing and protection.

How to Use

Stir Part A and Part B separately before mixing.

Mix Part A and Part B at a 1:1 weight ratio.

Degas the mixture at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes.

Pour directly into the filter tank.

Cure: 3–8 hours at room temperature; 20 minutes at 80–100°C.
