HONG YE SILICONE Liquid Tank Filter Silicone Gel, also known as Jelly Silicone Gel and Liquid Tank Sealant, is a two-component addition-curing RTV silicone. It provides excellent sealing, moisture-proof, shockproof, and insulation for HEPA filters, LCD manufacturing, and electronic components. Safe, eco-friendly, non-oozing, and easy to process, it is widely used in filter sealing, high-temperature equipment, and electronic potting applications.

How to Use

Stir Part A and Part B separately before mixing.

Mix Part A and Part B at a 1:1 weight ratio.

Degas the mixture at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes.

Pour directly into the filter tank.

Cure: 3–8 hours at room temperature; 20 minutes at 80–100°C.
