How to Use
1. Stir Component A and B separately in their own containers for 1-2 minutes to ensure uniform texture, which is the key to ensuring batch consistency in mass production.
2. Mix Component A and B at a 1:1 weight ratio, stirring thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is uniform and free of lumps.
3. Degas the mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes to remove air bubbles, then pour it into the liquid tank filter aluminum slot or product surface in batches.
4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8 hours; if faster production is needed, heating curing at 80-100℃ for 20 minutes can be adopted to shorten the production cycle.
