Our Liquid Tank Silicone is a two-component RTV 2 Silicone Rubber, with transparent Component A and blue Component B, and color customization is available to adapt to different electronic product scenarios. It is specially developed for the electronic and LCD industries, with precise sealing performance, which can effectively prevent moisture, dust and other impurities from entering electronic components, ensuring the stable operation of products. Unlike ordinary Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber, it has no harmful substances, is safe for precision electronic components, and has good compatibility with electronic materials.

How to Use
1. Stir Component A and B separately in their own containers for 1-2 minutes to ensure uniform texture, avoiding stratification that may affect the sealing effect of electronic components.
2. Mix Component A and B at a 1:1 weight ratio, stirring thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is uniform and free of lumps, ensuring consistent performance.
3. Degas the mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes to remove air bubbles, then carefully pour it into the gaps of electronic components or the surface of LCD products to ensure full coverage.
4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8 hours; for sensitive electronic components, it is recommended to adopt room temperature curing to avoid damage to components caused by high temperature.
