How to Use
1. Stir Component A and B separately in their own containers for 1-2 minutes to ensure uniform texture, avoiding stratification that may affect product performance and increase maintenance costs.
2. Mix Component A and B at a 1:1 weight ratio, stirring thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is uniform, which is simple to operate and reduces labor costs.
3. Degas the mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes to remove air bubbles, then pour it into the liquid tank filter aluminum slot or target area, ensuring full coverage.
4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8 hours; heating curing can be adopted when faster production is needed, which is flexible and can adapt to different production rhythms.
