Product Description

This high-resilience Electronic Potting Compound from HONG YE SILICONE is engineered as Filter Potting Silicone and Liquid Tank Silicone. Made of refined Silicone raw materials, it adopts premium Addition Curing Silicone tech as durable RTV 2 Silicone Rubber. Dual-component 1:1 mixing, low viscosity flowability and dual curing design simplify construction. High and low temperature resistance, insulation and anti-cracking make it perfect for precision electronics, LCD, air filter and high-temperature industrial equipment for global B2B sourcing.

Product Overview

Our potting silicone is a two-component liquid sealing material with jelly-like elasticity after curing. Part A is clear transparent liquid and Part B is standard blue with color customization available. Eco-friendly formula without any harmful substances, it provides perfect shockproof, insulation and sealed protection, with stable quality same as Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber.

Technical Specifications

1:1 weight proportion for A/B; vacuum degassing 3min under 0.08MPa. Room temperature curing 3–8 hours, fast curing 20min at 80–100℃. Packaging from 1KG to 200KG, 1 year sealed shelf life.

How to Use

Stir Part A and Part B individually to restore fluid uniformity.

Mix two components strictly at 1:1 weight ratio.

Blend evenly and remove bubbles, then pour into potting position.

Use heating curing in winter to shorten production cycle.
