Product Description

This high-adhesion Electronic Potting Compound is engineered as Filter Potting Silicone and Liquid Tank Silicone. Made of refined Silicone raw materials, it adopts premium Addition Curing Silicone tech as durable RTV 2 Silicone Rubber. It bonds perfectly with aluminum, galvanized plate, stainless steel, PC, ABS and PVC. With high and low temperature resistance, insulation and soft elastic texture, it is widely used for electronic sealing, filter potting and high-temperature equipment bonding for global B2B sourcing.

Product Overview

Our potting silicone is a two-component liquid sealing material with strong bonding performance after curing. Part A is clear transparent liquid and Part B is standard blue with color customization available. Eco-friendly formula provides perfect shockproof, insulation and sealed protection, with stable quality same as Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber.

Technical Specifications

1:1 weight proportion for A/B; vacuum degassing 3min under 0.08MPa. Room temperature curing 3–8 hours, fast curing 20min at 80–100℃. Packaging from 1KG to 200KG, 1 year sealed shelf life.

How to Use
