HONG YE SILICONE Silicone Potting Compound is a two-component Addition Curing Silicone crafted from high-quality Silicone raw materials. As reliable Electronic Potting Compound and Silicone Encapsulant , it also functions as Liquid Tank Silicone and Filter Potting Silicone. This RTV 2 Silicone Rubber features oil-free curing, high toughness and permanent sealing, with excellent adhesion to metals and plastics. Dual curing modes and low viscosity make it easy to use, ideal for liquid tank filters, LCD devices and high-temperature equipment, ensuring long-term stable performance for global industrial buyers.

Product Overview

Our electronic potting silicone is a dual-component liquid silicone , also known as Jelly Silicone Gel for its elastic texture after curing. It consists of transparent Part A and customizable blue Part B, designed for long-term sealing of liquid tank high-efficiency filters, electronic circuit boards and power modules. It maintains the same strict quality standards as our Industrial mold silicone rubber, ensuring no oil leakage and permanent sealing.

Technical Specifications

Part A:Part B = 1:1 (weight ratio); vacuum degassing for 3 minutes at 0.08MPa. Room temperature curing: 3-8 hours; heating curing (80~100℃): 20 minutes. Sealed shelf life: 1 year; packaging: 1,5,20,25,200KG/barrel; transportation: non-hazardous.

Oil-free curing ensures clean sealing interface, no contamination to electronic components. Excellent chemical stability, weather resistance and corrosion resistance, adapting to harsh working environments. High toughness absorbs thermal stress without cracking, with good elastic recovery. Low viscosity for easy pouring, compatible with PC, PP, ABS, PVC and all common metals.

How to Use

Stir Part A and Part B separately in their containers to avoid stratification.

Mix A and B strictly at 1:1 weight ratio, stirring thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.

Degas at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour directly into target parts.

Choose heating curing in winter to shorten production cycle and ensure uniform curing.
