Product Description

HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Potting Compound is a two-component Addition Curing Silicone made of premium Silicone raw materials. As high-performance Silicone Potting Compound and Silicone Encapsulant , it also works as Liquid Tank Silicone and Filter Potting Silicone. This RTV 2 Silicone Rubber cures without any harmful by-products, featuring low viscosity, strong adhesion to metal, PC, ABS and PVC. With high toughness, waterproof insulation and dual curing modes, it is ideal for liquid tank filters, LCD electronics and high-temperature equipment, a safe eco-friendly choice for global industrial buyers.

Product Overview

Our electronic potting silicone is a dual-component liquid silicone , also named Jelly Silicone Gel for its elastic texture after curing. It consists of transparent Part A and standard blue Part B with customizable color. It serves as ideal potting and sealing material for liquid tank high-efficiency filters, electronic circuit boards and power modules, sharing strict quality control with Industrial mold silicone rubber.

Technical Specifications

Mixing ratio of Part A to Part B is 1:1 by weight. Vacuum degas for 3 minutes under 0.08MPa. Room temperature curing takes 3-8 hours, while heating curing at 80~100℃ only needs 20 minutes. Sealed storage life is 1 year, with packaging from 1KG to 200KG per barrel, delivered as non-dangerous goods.

Product Features

It delivers excellent chemical stability, weather resistance and corrosion resistance. Moderate hardness and great elastic recovery resist high and low temperature without deformation. Low viscosity brings easy pouring and self-leveling performance. No by-products during curing, safe for bonding various plastics and metal surfaces, and never leaks oil after full curing.

How to Use

Stir Part A and Part B evenly separately before mixing.

Mix two components strictly at 1:1 weight proportion.

Blend uniformly and vacuum degas, then pour directly into target parts.

Use heating curing in cold weather to shorten production cycle.
