Operation Guide
First, fully stir Part A and Part B separately to ensure uniform raw material state. Mix the two components strictly according to the 1:1 weight ratio. Place the mixed silicone gel in a vacuum environment of 0.08MPa for 3 minutes of defoaming treatment to eliminate internal bubbles. Pour the defoamed glue into the filter liquid tank; cure at room temperature for 3–8 hours or heat at 80–100°C for 20 minutes to complete molding.
