Product Description

901 Pad Printing Silicone is an economical general-purpose two-component RTV-2 silicone rubber designed for everyday routine pad printing production. With a balanced hardness of 23±2 Shore A, moderate viscosity, and good fluidity, the 901 is easy to operate and offers excellent value for money. It delivers stable printing results and reasonable service life while effectively reducing consumable costs, making it ideal for entry-level production and routine high-volume printing scenarios.

Operating Instructions

Clean the pad mold thoroughly, apply release agent evenly, place on a flat surface.

Mix component A with curing agent at the specified ratio, stir well.

Pour slowly into the mold; vacuum degassing recommended.

Demold after 2–4 hours at room temperature.

Note: The 901 is an economical general-purpose grade; adding silicone oil is generally not required.

Packaging & Storage

5KG, 20KG, 25KG, 200KG iron drums. 12 months shelf life sealed at 25°C. Cool dry storage, away from moisture.
