918 Pad Printing Silicone is a medium-hard precision printing two-component RTV-2 silicone rubber designed for high-precision, fine-detail pad printing. With a hardness of 28±2 Shore A, good pad rigidity with minimal deformation, delivering sharp edges and clear details for fine text and detailed patterns. Operating Instructions
Clean mold, apply release agent, place flat.
Mix component A with curing agent at specified ratio.
Pour slowly, vacuum degassing recommended.
Demold after 2–4 hours at room temperature.
Note: Medium-hard precision grade, silicone oil not recommended.

5KG/20KG/25KG/200KG iron drums. 12 months shelf life at 25°C. Cool dry storage, away from moisture.
