Product Description

902 Pad Printing Silicone is a wear-resistant general-purpose two-component RTV-2 silicone rubber designed for high volume continuous pad printing production. With a hardness of 25±2 Shore A, slightly harder than standard grades, the 902 offers superior wear resistance and tear strength, resulting in longer pad service life. It features moderate viscosity, good fluidity, easy operation, stable ink transfer, and sharp clear patterns.

Operating Instructions

Clean mold, apply release agent, place flat.

Mix component A with curing agent at specified ratio.

Pour slowly, vacuum degassing recommended.

Demold after 2–4 hours at room temperature.

Note: Wear-resistant grade, generally no silicone oil needed.

Packaging & Storage

5KG/20KG/25KG/200KG iron drums. 12 months shelf life at 25°C. Cool dry storage, away from moisture.
