902 Pad Printing Silicone is a wear-resistant general-purpose two-component RTV-2 silicone rubber designed for high volume continuous pad printing production. With a hardness of 25±2 Shore A, slightly harder than standard grades, the 902 offers superior wear resistance and tear strength, resulting in longer pad service life. It features moderate viscosity, good fluidity, easy operation, stable ink transfer, and sharp clear patterns. Key Features
High Wear Resistance, Longer Life — At 25±2 Shore A, excellent wear resistance, service life extended by over 30% compared to standard grades.
High Tear Strength — High tensile and tear strength, pad edges resist cracking, suitable for continuous production.
Moderate Viscosity, Easy to Process — Good fluidity, easy to pour and degas, smooth bubble-free surfaces.
Stable Ink Transfer — Fine texture, even ink pick-up and release, sharp clear patterns.
Good Resilience, No Deformation — Recovers quickly after repeated pressing.
Multiple Colors — Red, yellow, white, green.
Applications
Plastic toys, PVC toys, hardware tools, power tool housings, electronic housings, home appliance parts, auto parts, motorcycle components, ceramic and glass decals, sports equipment, outdoor products, continuous production requiring high durability.
Operating Instructions
Clean mold, apply release agent, place flat.
Mix component A with curing agent at specified ratio.
Pour slowly, vacuum degassing recommended.
