HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Potting Compound (Model HY‑9045) is a two-component 1:1 Addition Curing Silicone designed for EV charging station electronics. It offers excellent flame retardancy, high insulation, waterproofing, and low shrinkage. Curing is stable with no exotherm or corrosion, ideal for charging modules, PCBs, and power components. It supports room‑temperature or heat curing, delivers long‑term weather and yellowing resistance, and ensures safe, reliable performance in outdoor EV charging environments.

Our Electronic Potting Compound, also known as Silicone Potting Compound or Electronic Encapsulation Adhesive, is a flame‑retardant liquid silicone engineered for electric vehicle charging equipment. As a trusted RTV 2 Silicone Rubber and Addition curing silicone manufacturer, HONG YE SILICONE provides a reliable protective solution for high‑voltage and high‑power EV charging components. This material cures to form a durable elastomer that safeguards charging electronics against moisture, dust, heat, and electrical risks.

Technical Specifications

Model HY‑9045 is a two‑component addition curing silicone with a 1:1 mix ratio. Viscosity: 2500±500 Pa·s; hardness: 45±5 Shore A; working time: 30–60 min at 25℃; curing time: 4–5 h at 80℃. Dielectric strength ≥25 kV/mm; dielectric constant 3.0 at 1.2 MHz; volume resistivity ≥1×10¹⁵ Ω·m. Hardness, viscosity, and open time can be customized.

  5. Use mixed material in one batch; store sealed away from moisture.
