HONG YE SILICONE Liquid Tank Silicone, also known as jelly gel, is a two-component addition-curing RTV silicone gel designed for liquid tank HEPA filters. It provides strong sealing, moisture-proofing, shock absorption and high-temperature resistance, with excellent adhesion to aluminum, steel and other metals. It is widely used in electronic sealing, high-temperature equipment and cleanroom filtration systems.

HONG YE SILICONE Gel Sealant for Liquid Tank Filter is a professional two-component liquid silicone gel, widely known as Liquid Tank Sealant or jelly silicone. It is specially developed for liquid tank type HEPA air filters, and also ideal for potting and sealing in optical electronics, LCD manufacturing, precision components and high-temperature equipment. This safe, eco-friendly and high-toughness silicone ensures stable, long-lasting sealing performance.

Low viscosity, easy pouring and defoaming, ideal for large-scale industrial potting.

Cures at room temperature or accelerated by heating, flexible operation.

Soft, elastic and high resilience, absorbs thermal expansion stress without cracking.

No oil separation after curing, no byproducts, safe for PC, ABS, PVC and metal surfaces.

How to Use

Stir Part A and Part B separately to ensure uniformity.

Mix Part A and Part B at a 1:1 weight ratio.

Degas the mixture at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes.

Pour directly into the filter tank.

Cure in 3–8 hours at room temperature, or 20 minutes at 80–100°C.
