As a reliable Filter Potting Silicone and Electronic Potting Compound, it provides stable sealing, moisture protection, shock resistance, and insulation for industrial applications.

This Addition Curing Silicone delivers outstanding chemical stability, toughness, and elasticity. It features excellent weather, corrosion, water, and high/low‑temperature resistance, absorbing thermal stress without cracking. Low viscosity ensures easy potting. It cures at room or elevated temperature with strong adhesion to aluminum, stainless steel, PC, ABS, PVC, and PP. The cured gel is oil‑free, non‑toxic, and produces zero byproducts.

How to Use

Stir Part A and Part B thoroughly before mixing.

Mix Part A and Part B at a 1:1 weight ratio.

Degas the mixture at 0.08 MPa for 3 minutes.

Pour directly into the filter tank.

Cure in 3–8 hours at room temperature, or 20 minutes at 80–100°C.
