HONG YE SILICONE Gel Sealant for Liquid Tank Filter, also known as Jelly Gel, is a two-component addition-curing RTV silicone gel designed for HEPA filter sealing and electronic potting. It features good fluidity, room or heat curing, strong adhesion to metals and plastics, excellent sealing, high/low temperature resistance, and non-oozing. Widely used in air filters, electronics, LCD, and high-temperature equipment, it provides stable protection with safety and environmental compliance.

Gel Sealant for Liquid Tank Filter (also called Liquid Tank Silicone, Jelly Silicone Gel) is a professional two-component RTV silicone gel from HONG YE SILICONE. It is mainly used for sealing and potting in liquid-type HEPA air filters, optical electronics, LCD manufacturing, and precision components. It also serves as high-temperature resistant Potting Compound for ovens, high-temperature filters, and induction cookers. With stable performance and strong bonding, it is an ideal material for industrial sealing and electronic protection.

How to Use

Stir Part A and Part B separately before mixing.

Mix Part A and Part B at a 1:1 weight ratio.

Degas the mixture at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes.

Pour directly into the filter tank.

Cure: 3–8 hours at room temperature; 20 minutes at 80–100°C.
