Product Features & Advantages
It boasts excellent high-temperature resistance, able to maintain stable performance in extreme industrial temperature environments without deformation or aging. Adopting Platinum cured mold silicone technology, it has stable performance and no harmful by-products. With low viscosity, it is easy to pour and operate, and supports dual curing methods of room temperature and heating. It has high toughness, can effectively absorb thermal expansion stress without cracking, and has wide compatibility with various metals and plastics. It is oil-free, has excellent sealing performance, and can effectively prevent moisture and dust from entering.
How to Use
1. Stir Component A and B separately in their own containers for 1-2 minutes to ensure uniform texture and avoid stratification, which is crucial for product performance.
2. Mix Component A and B at a 1:1 weight ratio, stirring thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is uniform and free of obvious particles or lumps.
3. Degas the mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes to remove air bubbles, then pour it evenly into the target slot or electronic components.
4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8 hours; in winter or low-temperature environments, heating curing at 80-100℃ for 20 minutes is recommended to ensure full curing and optimal performance.
Application Scenarios
Ideal for liquid tank type HEPA air filters, high-temperature ovens, high-temperature air filters, induction cookers, optical electronics, LCD manufacturing and precision electronic components. It is especially suitable for industrial scenarios with high-temperature requirements, ensuring stable product performance and reducing maintenance costs caused by high-temperature aging.
Certifications
It is certified by ISO9001, CE, RoHS and SGS, fully complying with global industrial safety and environmental standards.
