HONG YE SILICONE electronic potting silicone is a dual-component liquid silicone , specially developed for liquid tank filter and electronic module encapsulation. It consists of transparent A component and standard blue B component with customizable color option. With high toughness, excellent resilience and zero oil bleeding after curing, it matches the stable quality of Platinum cured mold silicone, becoming the top choice for high-efficiency filter tanks and power unit sealing.
Technical Specifications
A/B mixing ratio 1:1 by weight; vacuum degassing 3min under 0.08MPa. Room temperature curing 3–8 hours; accelerated curing 20min at 80–100℃. Packaging ranges from 1KG to 200KG per drum, sealed shelf life 1 year, shipped as non-hazardous goods.

How to Use
