Product Description

916 Pad Printing Silicone is an extra-soft two-component RTV-2 silicone rubber specially developed for large-area, large-curvature, and irregular curved surface printing. With an ultra-low hardness of 13±3 Shore A and excellent resilience, the 916 pad conforms perfectly to complex curved surfaces, ensuring uniform ink transfer and complete, sharp prints — solving the common problems of incomplete contact and broken patterns associated with harder pads on curved products.

Applications

Large plastic toy housings, cartoon figurines, craft gifts, lighting fixtures, lampshades, home appliance housings, automotive interior parts, shoe soles, ceramic and glass products.

Operating Instructions

1. Clean the mold thoroughly, apply release agent, place on a flat surface.

2. Mix component A with curing agent at the specified ratio, stir well.

3. Pour slowly into the mold; vacuum degassing if necessary.

4. Demold after 2–4 hours at room temperature.
