916 Pad Printing Silicone is an extra-soft two-component RTV-2 silicone rubber specially developed for large-area, large-curvature, and irregular curved surface printing. With an ultra-low hardness of 13±3 Shore A and excellent resilience, the 916 pad conforms perfectly to complex curved surfaces, ensuring uniform ink transfer and complete, sharp prints — solving the common problems of incomplete contact and broken patterns associated with harder pads on curved products. Key Features
1. Ultra-low Hardness, Extra Soft — At 13±3 Shore A, the pad is soft and compliant, achieving full contact on large curved surfaces.
2. Excellent Resilience — Soft but not collapsible; recovers quickly after repeated pressing without deformation.
3. Uniform Ink Pick-up and Release — Fine texture with no impurities, ensuring even ink transfer, no ghosting, no broken lines.
4. High Tear Resistance — Extra-soft yet strong, resistant to tearing, long pad service life.
5. Good Fluidity, Easy Processing — Easy to pour and degas, producing fully formed pads with no porosity.
6. Multiple Colors — Available in red, yellow, white, and green.
