Product Description

912 Pad Printing Silicone is a general-purpose wear-resistant two-component RTV-2 silicone rubber designed for everyday pad printing production. With a balanced hardness of 28±2 Shore A, excellent tensile and tear strength, and stable ink transfer performance, the 912 is the workhorse choice for most standard printing applications. It delivers consistent, sharp prints on flat and small-curvature surfaces while offering a long service life, making it ideal for high-volume daily production across multiple industries.

Applications

Electronic product housings, communication device logos, plastic toys, PVC toys, stationery, office supplies, promotional gifts, hardware, electroplated products, ceramic and glass decals, trademarks, labels, automotive parts, and small accessories.

Operating Instructions

Clean the pad mold thoroughly, apply release agent evenly, and place on a flat surface.

Weigh component A and curing agent at the specified ratio. Stir A well first, then add curing agent and mix thoroughly.

Pour slowly into the mold; vacuum degassing recommended.

Demold after 2–4 hours at room temperature.

Note: Adding silicone oil is generally not recommended for the 912, as it may reduce wear resistance.

Packaging & Storage

Packaging: 5KG, 20KG, 25KG, 200KG iron drums. Shelf life: 12 months sealed at 25°C. Storage: cool, dry place, sealed, away from moisture.
