Summary: HY-E630 is a 30 Shore A addition curing Platinum silicone rubber for cultured stone, artificial stone and soap molds, with near-zero shrinkage.
HY-E630 is a two component platinum cured silicone rubber. The 30 Shore A hardness gives more support than softer grades, which suits larger parts that must hold shape during repeated casting.
Model HY-E630, 30 Shore A, two parts A and B, mixing ratio 1:1 or 10:1, semi transparent, service temperature -60C to 200C.
Near-zero shrinkage, high tear and tensile strength, chemically inert, long mold life and good flow for fine detail.
Stir A and B separately, weigh and mix by ratio, stir 2 to 3 minutes, vacuum degas, pour into the master mold, cure at room temperature or with heat, then demold.
